You start by completing a detailed travel intake form. This helps me understand your destination, dates, budget, travel style, interests, and any must-haves or deal-breakers.

Agreement & payment

Once I’ve reviewed your form, I’ll send you a service agreement and invoice. This confirms the scope of work and secures your spot in my schedule.

Planning begins

Once payment is received, I begin creating your personalized Europe itinerary. The planning process takes approximately 7 - 14 days.

Review & book

You review the itinerary and request any final revisions. Once you’re happy, you can book your trip directly using the provided recommendations.
